  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • For pick-up orders, customers must collect their orders at the scheduled time. Uncollected orders may be discarded after a grace period.

3. Catering & Event Orders

  • Catering bookings require advance notice and may be subject to minimum order quantities.
  • An advance deposit or full payment may be required to confirm catering orders.
  • Any changes in the catering menu or headcount must be communicated at least 48 hours before the event.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Najmi Public Restaurant is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control (e.g., weather conditions, traffic, or venue access restrictions).

4. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • Customers are encouraged to inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
